If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Advanta Uniforms, we’re happy to help. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly and receives full value. Returns that do not meet these guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for washed or worn items.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, only a store credit can be issued.
  • All refunds are applied toward the original form of payment or store credit.
  • Original tags must be attached to the garment(s).
  • Original receipt must be presented at the time of return or exchange. If we are unable to located record of purchase, we cannot issue a return or exchange.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards and store credit gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Final Sale Items: Discontinued plaids, old logos, retired styles, personalized items, and any items marked "Discontinued" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to management approval.
  • Online Returns & Exchanges: to initiate an online order exchange email to sales@advantauniforms.com. Once an order is approved for exchange, Online order returns can be processed by being shipped to 2431 Saint Johns Bluff Rd S, Set 101, Jacksonville, FL, 32246, with the name and order number included inside the package.
